Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are still attached.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for hygiene standards, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
